Statement of dissociation

On January 9, 2016, the European Regulation (EU) number 524/2013 on “online resolution of consumer disputes” came into force. According to this, consumers must be made aware of the existence of the European online dispute resolution platform, which can be used to resolve disputes without having to go to court. For consumer disputes with Kosmos & You GmbH, the General Consumer Arbitration Board of the Center for Arbitration eV, Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein responsible. You can find the website at: https://www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. However, we do not take part in the dispute resolution process.

With the judgment of May 12, 1998, the Hamburg Regional Court decided that by providing a link, one may also be responsible for the contents of the linked page.
